Article of 01.03.2013
Lippstadt, 01 March 2013. Increasing motor-vehicle energy efficiency and electromobility are prevailing subjects in automotive development. Haus der Technik presents an opportunity to stay on the ball by holding a conference on April 23rd and 24th 2013 in Bamberg. The conference will cover the topics electric and electronic systems in Hybrid and electric vehicles as well as electric energy management and will be hosted by BMW in collaboration with the automotive supplier HELLA.

The event focuses on power electronics, 48-V on-board electrical system architectures and components, energy storage and battery management as well as on components for electric charging. Speakers from the automotive industry, universities and research institutes will discuss various aspects of these topics in detail in presentations and poster sessions. The conference is complemented by an exhibition of electric, hybrid and trial vehicles by renowned manufacturers. For international guests, German-to-English and English-to-German simultaneous interpretation is available throughout the entire conference.

With its roughly 200 participants last year, the eehe conference has established itself as a cross-sector platform for the exchange of information and knowledge. Further details and the full agenda are available to prospective visitors from Haus der Technik's website www.eehe.de.
